HOW MUCH PAIN DO YOU CAUSE OTHERS? | Stuart Knight

We all have pain within us. It’s impossible to be alive and that not be the case. What’s scary is that most people never deal with that pain. Instead, they try to rid themselves of the pain they feel inside by projecting it onto others. I know this to be true because I’ve done it many times myself throughout my life. And I’m pretty darn sure that you have too. If you haven’t then you probably came from another planet! HA! Pain is not something to run away from, but rather something we need to embrace if we ever want to give ourselves a fighting chance to move away from it. Watch this video if you want to be done with your pain.

So true Stuart! It’s a lot of work to undo the damage and to stop projecting and judging.
Very much worth the effort to find what works to start opening up to change and then keep going towards more lightness. Could be a book (I can recommend Gabrielle Bernstein’s May Cause Miracles) or meditation. Restorative yoga really helped me reconnect body & mind & spirit… Then I went through The Hoffman Process… Then I became a yoga teacher. The evolution never stops if you’re determined to be better than your past self.
