I’ve been trying to lose weight for a couple of years and have had pretty good success. Ironically when you “look” thin, people are surprised to learn that you are trying to lose weight, but keep in mind that losing weight is relative to the person. For some people, losing weight means shedding 100 pounds, while for others it’s only a couple. For me, I specifically want to lose about seven pounds. To me, this would put me at an optimal weight for my height and would give me the sense of ultimate health that I’m striving for. As with any goal, there needs to be an action plan. In this video, I talk about what I do to reach this goal and how it will help you easily reach yours. Let’s face it, almost everyone reading this could probably stand to lose a few pounds and if you don’t this video will remind you of the things we all need to do to stay healthy.
