Stuart Knight Productions Inc
We genuinely care about privacy. It’s that simple. We care about our own privacy. And we care at least as much (but probably a little bit more) about the privacy of our clients and anyone who visits this website.
If you have privacy-related questions or concerns you can contact Stuart Knight directly.
What Information We Collect & Why
SKP collects non-personally identifiable information about the interactions users have with our websites. That means, we collect anonymous data about how visitors use our sites (what pages they visit, what content they download, etc.) but we don’t know who those visitors are. We use the collected information to help us improve our sites.
There are three exceptions in which we collect information that is personally identifiable:
- We collect the email addresses (and in some cases, the names) of users who sign up for an email newsletter, either through one of our websites or through a lead capturing advertisement.
- We collect the email addresses and message content of users who email us through our website form(s).
- We collect some personal details, such as names and email address, from various payment providers. We use only reputable, trusted partners, (PayPal, Eventbrite and Apple Pay) and never receive your credit card information.
In all cases, by choosing to submit your information it is implied that the user consents to giving us personally identifiable information and to receiving communication from us.
How We Use & Protect Your Information
The non-personally identifiable information we collect may be used with third-party services, such as analytics or marketing platforms. Throughout the process, it remains anonymous.
The information we collect that is personally identifiable is never sold or traded. It may be put in the care of trusted third-party services that we use to run this our business. Specifically, these include business email services (Google G Suite), bulk email services (Mailchimp) and data storage providers (Google G Suite, Dropbox).
While we are serious about privacy, we are also serious about public safety. Any information we collect will be released if required by law.
You may request access and corrections to your personally identifiable data. You may also request that we stop using it, change how we use it, delete it and/or transfer it to a third-party of your choosing. We will oblige requests, as required by Canadian law. Even if not required by law, we will oblige any reasonable request. (Did we mention that we care about your privacy?)
