WHAT I LEARNED FROM DEATH | Stuart Knight

There are so many things we all know we should be doing. We should eat better, exercise more, get better sleep, spend more time in nature, etc. And one of those things we all know we need to be doing more of is being in the moment. With the frantic hustle of daily life, it’s so easy to miss those little moments and in the process, millions of missed little moments can lead to a life that is missed. I am just as much of a culprit as anyone for doing this and yet recently the death of a friend reminded me of the importance of trying to live in the moment more than I have in the past. It lead me to an unexpected, and yet beautiful moment, with my son recently and in this video I share the lesson I learned in the process. Enjoy!
